He was the perfect horse for her while she was learning how to ride. But as she got older, she needed something more. At the age of 10 her parents bought her a dutch warmblood mare. Coralie and the mare were a perfect team, they even showed together. But when Coralie was 16, the mare was diagnosed with arthritis, so Coralie stopped showing her. Example Post: A starter I had for my fursona. You see, everything in life changes. Things evolve, and adapt. Life takes the week under it's wing, showing them a life of hell. But once there, they can't return. They have no choice but to accept what was forced on them, and grow.
Crimson liquid laced the beasts jaw line, soon trickling down her muzzle. Drip... Drip. The liquid fell, joining the pool of blood that stained and sprawled out in front of the beats large paws. The growl that rumbling in her system did not resemble the wolf she appeared to be. But that of a dragon. She was large, and peculiar. She was not a creature that should be on this Earth. A creature of legends, she should be. She was tall, long and slender. But her muscle definition was ever clear. She was the very picture of a wolf and dragon, converged into one. This victims mistake? Her eyes. They were a bright blue. A color of innocence. They were ripped of a pupil. She looked like a amaurotic beast; easy prey. In fact, she could see perfectly, if not better. The wolf had dug it's own grave the minute he turned a fang to her. Snorting, she
shook her cranium, 'causing blood splatter here and there. The beast rose her crest, eyes looking up to the moon. It sent a calming chill over her frame, 'causing her muscles to shiver slightly. A strange sensation she had been lacking these past couple months.
What had happened to the old Kumac? Even she remembered the days she was surrounded by loved ones. She had loved everything and everyone, and other's couldn't help but to return her love after meeting her. She was happy with her life once. Loved it. At one point, she didn't have a mean bone in her body. Even finding it hard to take down pray to survive. But life has that funny way of changing people. She grew meaner and flint-hearted, her heart slowly freezing over. She now secluded herself, keeping away from her mate, her sister. And even her own pack. Yet while others pushed her away, and looked at her with fear and disgust, the moon never pushed her away. It always gave her that chill that made her feel wanted. Even for a second. She would remember the old, happy go lucky Kumac, and how she wished she could go back. But she felt too far gone to turn back. She was no longer a creature of the goddess.
But the serenity of the moons comforts and the silence was shattered by the fluttering of wings. Long audit's fell flat against her skull. She reared up, long thick claws extended and sabor fangs reached out hungrily for the destroyer of her placidity. But they slammed shut with nothing but air. Not like she could strangle that. Landing with a loud thud back on the Earth's surface, Kumac shook her pelt, raising her long tail slightly as she headed on her way. She was on a path were she didn't know the destination. A wondering soul. As she always had been. As she always will be.
