But it wasn't a sin, a sorry life in judging every action And as they're feeding your mind with this shit you forget How to speak how to ask all the questions The music in the club was so loud tonight, and it was only 9 PM. Damien was just starting his shift, eager to work. This was his first day, actually. He sighed as he walked to the back of the club, his eyes tracing everything. There were a few people there dancing, and a few drinking. He kind of wished he was the one going to the bar to drink instead of going to kick people out and hold them back. He always hated the bouncers when he went to clubs, but hell.. someone had to do it. Right now, he was dressed in a pair of White Label Cinch jeans, brown Ariat work boots, a white t-shirt that said "Say I Won't" in black bold, and his favorite worn out cow hide belt with his World Show buckle on it. This was what he looked like almost every day, just a Cowboy. He had already taken off his dirty, torn, green TSC hat.
He had a bag hanging from his shoulder with his work clothes, which he needed. As he stepped into the bathroom, he quickly changed into a pair of black slacks with a black fitted t-shirt. He put on his black tennis shoes, which were nothing special, and stepped out of the stall. He stuffed his other clothes in, and stashed the bag uner the sink. Running a hand over his short hair, he smiled in the miror. It was a crooked smile, one that you couldn't really resist. Shaking his head, he exited out the door.
Taking his spot at the front of the club, he stood with his hands behind his back. He was a large guy, about 6'3". He was pretty muscular too, which made him your typical bouncer type. He watched everyone standing outside the club. Why did people even stand out there? One, to smoke, two.. who knows. Some people just did it to talk he guessed. He sighed, looking down at the ground for a second. Noticing someone starting to walk up, he nodded at them. "Can I see your ID's?" He asked, finding himself facing a big group of guys. Checking the first 2 ID's, he nodded "go on," he said. His southern accent leaked through his deep voice. Finding one under the age of 18, he shook his head "sorry dude, you can't get in.." He said, handing the ID back and putting up his arm. "Yall can go," He said to the others. Thankfully, no one put up a fight or resisted. Everyone but the youngest went into the club, while he sat outside against the wall.
This wasn't so bad after all.

tonight I start the fire. tonight I BREAK away from everybody, BREAK away from everything. Dakota stepped out of the shower and excited to get dressed. She was going out to the dance club tonight. She was ready for some fun. Maybe even get a little wasted. She giggled to herself. She dryed off with her towl and walked out of the bathroom to get dressed. She walked up to her bed. She picked up her favorite clothes off the bed. She put on a black pair of underwear and bra set trimed it light blue lace. She pulled on a black Invader Zim Gir tank top. Then her favorite bleached skinny plant. She smiled and plugged her ipod into her Ihome radio. She turned it to the song Motivation by Kelly Rowland . She turned and dance back to the bathroom to get ready.
She started with her hair. She straighted it. That took about twenty minutes then she started on her make-up. She brushed on a powder base that matched her skin color. Then she found her black eyeliner pen and put even amount on. Then she brushed on black eyesadow over eye lid. She brushed on some white eyeshadow also; to make the black lighter. She looked in the mirror and smiled at herself. She walked out of the bathroom and to her bed. She knelt down and picked up her favortie pair of boot. She sat on the bed and put them on. She put on her a necklace and and bracelet on.
Dakota walked over to the counter and grabbed some money from her purse. She stuffed it her pocket. She always did this so she didn't have carry a purse with her. She grabbed her keys and headed out her dorm locking the door behind her. She walked out to the parking lot to her white Ford F-150. She turned the key and the engine hummed to life. She pulled out the parking lot and headed for the club. She was ready to dance and just have some fun. He had been to a club a few times before when she found sneak out and not get caught.
Soon she pulled into the parking lot beside the club. She got out of her car and pushed her keys and phone into her pockets. She walked up to the door. She walked up to the bouncer with a smile. She looked him over. He was good looking and just yumm. She ran her tongue across her lips showing off her tongue being preiced. 'So good looking for a bouncer. Should come find me later if you get off your shift soon.' Her voice came sweet and playful. She smile and showed him her ID. She was 22 so she knew she woul get in.

But it wasn't a sin, a sorry life in judging every action And as they're feeding your mind with this shit you forget How to speak how to ask all the questions His hands returned behind his back, a small smile coming to his lips. Hours were passing pretty quick, and he got off in about 30 minutes. Nothing exciting was happening tonight, at least not like he thought. He sighed, glancing at the clock on the wall. He wanted to drink, and he was itching to go ahead and just walk off. He couldn't wait to get into his other clothes, it would be a real releif. These shoes were making his feet hurt, and the slacks just weren't his style.
He smiled at a line of girls came through, and he nodded at their ID's. When one stopped and said something to him, he glanced up at her. A crooked smile creased his lips, his teeth barely showing. As she licked her lips, his eyes went from her toungue to her feet. She wasn't really his style, but she was gorgeous either way. Should come find me later, He smiled as he heard her speak. Her voice was sweet. "Will do darlin', I'll be out in a few minutes" He said, his accent deep and thick. He winked at her, looking down at her ID. 22. He was 21, but who cares. Just a year. He glanced at the clock before he glanced back to her, a smile still on his lips. She was right on time "catch ya in a few sweetheart," he said softly, smirking as another guy came up behind him to take his shift. "Thanks, brother" He said to the guy before walking back twords the bathrooms.
Finally getting to his bag, he went into a stall. Stripping off his work clothes, he changed into his every day clothes. Thank God. He took a deep breath, smoothing out his jeans. Hell, he thought he looked good. As he exited the bathroom, he placed his bag right back where it belonged. There was an immediate crowd, so he scooted his way twords the bar. Sitting down on a stool, he nodded to the bar tender. "A shot of jack and a Coors" He said, then smiled "make me a tab, bro." When he recieved his liquor, he took the shot. A new smile came to his lips as it washed down his throat. Taking his beer in his right hand, he took a sip. He turned around in his seat, looking out at the dance floor. Now where might this pretty girl be?

tonight I start the fire. tonight I BREAK away from everybody, BREAK away from everything. Dakota smiled as his deep, thick accent made shivers run up her body. He told her that he'd be out in a few. Kota looked over him as he check her ID. After a moment he handed her back her ID. As she stepped pass him she heard his say he'd catch her in a few. She walked on in and looked around. She smiled as her favorite song came on. It was Motivation by Kelly Rowland. She headed straight for the dance floor. She loved to dance and was very good at it. She started to guess rock her hips to the beat of the song.
Suddenly there was a random guy behind her dancing. She didn't mind. She started to dance with him. After a moment he pulled her closer to him and they danced together. She started to her ass against him. She just had fun. Soon the song stopped. She turned and talked to the guy for a moment. He told her she was pretty and a great dance. She smiled and told him thanks. She turned and walked to the bathroom. She had to slowly push herself through the crowd of people. There was a lot of them here tonight. When she came to the bathroom she pushed the door open and stepped it. She looked in the mirror and fixed her hair. She smiled and decided to go look for the bouncer guy.
She walked out of the bathroom and pushed her way through the people again. As she did the guy she had danced with before grabbed her arm. She turned and he asked if she wanted to dance again. She told him no that she had to look for someone. She tried to pull away from him but he gripped her arm harder. He turned to pull her closer to him and she pulled away again breaking his grip. She pushed her away through them people but he followed her. As she got to the edge of the crowd he grabbed her again.
She turned to him and screamed for him to let go of her. She could now tell the guy was a little more than wasted. He tried to pull her closer to him and she looked around for someone to help her. A her golden brown eye darted around she spotted the bouncer guy at the bar. She screamed to him for help as the guy picked her up and pulled her back into the crowd of people. She turned and tried to fight the guy hoping he would let go of her. She panicked as his grip just tightened around her waist. Her heart raced as her breathing become short and rushed.
[Notes]Figured the guy attacking her would make things more interesting. (: [Tag]Damien/Maddie [Word count]454 [Outfit] Her shirt, Her pants, Her shoes Her Bracelet Her Necklace

But it wasn't a sin, a sorry life in judging every action And as they're feeding your mind with this shit you forget How to speak how to ask all the questions Sipping his beer, he smiled at a few girls who passed him. They weren't of concern to him, though. He ordered another two shots, dowining them both. He chugged the rest of his beer, and ordered another one. His eyes darted around quickly, hearing a voice screaming. A girl, and it sounded familiar. His body tensed as he looked around desperately, people around the noise coming to commotion. He slammed his beer down on the bar, gritting his teeth. Spotting the girl her saw earlier, he noticed that some guy had a grip on her and wasn't letting go. He got up swiftly, shoving through the crowd violentely. "Get your fuckin' hands off her," He demanded, placing a hard grip on the guy's arm. His fingers clinched and he rolled his eyes. The guy showed no sign of letting go. "Son of a bitch, I said let go.." He growled, about to lose control.
Damien wasn't a fighter, he was a lover. That was for sure. He had been in his fair share of fights, but being his size no one messed with him too much. He had always been able to get some goot hits in, win or lose. He didn't know what it was about guys physically abusing girls, even if it was not letting them go. Or just scaring him. It pissed him off, to no end. He had a temper like a firecracker. He would go off on anyone around him, and no one would stop him.
He had enough. He grabbed the guy by the neck, picking him up with only his right hand. His feet dangled, the lack of oxygen making him immediatly let go of the girl and clench Damien's fist around his neck. "Don't you ever come back here again," Damien snapped, his face redder than a tomato "did you hear me?" His voice was deeper than ever, the most serious he'd been the whole week. The guy was gasping, and of course couldn't answer. Releasing his grip, the guy dropped to the floor. He gasped for breath, holding his throat. By this time, everyone was staring. Damien took a deep breath, exhaling slowly. His eyes closed as he re-gained his composure. He really wanted to beat the guy to a bloody pulp, but he knew he could lose his job.
"You okay?" He questioned, not even opening his eyes. Hopefully the girl was still there, and hopefully this didn't ruin their night.

tonight I start the fire. tonight I BREAK away from everybody, BREAK away from everything. The music was loud in Dakota's ears. No one around her turned to save her from this guy. She fought with all she had screaming and kicking. He placed his hand over her mouth. She really panicked then. She started to cry and shake. She tried to still fight and break free but the arm around her waist just pulled tighter and tighter. She was about ready to give up when the bouncer guy came out of no where. Relief filled her body. He had heard her. He had come to save her. He fought with the guy to let her go but he just gripped her tighter. She was as her hero grow mad.
She tried to fight again. And in to quick movement he had the guy but the neck lifting him off the ground. The guy let her go and she hit the floor. She hit hard against the floor. She just layed there breath as she cried. She had been so scared she thought she was about to or get raped or something. He heard him tell the guy to never come back. She could feel everyone now staring at the scene. It mad her mad that no one had cared to look until now.
After a moment she found the strength to sit up. The guy asked her if she was ok about this time. She didn't even look up when she answered. 'No I'm not fuckin' ok. How could I be ok?!' Her voice came shaky and anger. She wasn't trying to be mean, but how could someone be ok after something like that. She was still shaking from everything that just happened. She moved to try and stand. Slowly she found her feet. She looked to him. She was still scared and just wanted to leave this place now. 'Thanks for saving me.' That was all she could whisper at this point.

But it wasn't a sin, a sorry life in judging every action And as they're feeding your mind with this shit you forget How to speak how to ask all the questions His eyes slowly opened as he heard her voice. Noticing she was on the floor, he felt kinda bad. She was up before he could offer a hand. Not before she cussed at him, though. That was for sure. He sighed, shaking his head "thought I'd ask," he muttered, staring down at the guy who was still on the ground. He looked back to the girl as a whisper escaped her lips. "No problem," He said softly, offering a small smile. He wasn't really sure what to do, but he figured he could at least comfort her. "Don't worry 'bout him anymore, sweetheart" He said with a bigger grin "you know where I am if anyone tries to bother ya again." He looked down at his feet, shaking his head. He sounded like a fool.
He was a pretty loving guy, actually, despite what you would think when you glanced at him. You might assume, player, cheat, liar, etc. He was honestly a little good and a little bad. "Damien Sutton," He offered, extending his hand to the girl. A new crooked grin came to his lips, he was trying to be as welcoming as he could be in the middle of a club with tons of people staring. She looked uncomfortable, and he could only imagine. He was glad he wasn't a girl, that's for sure.

tonight I start the fire. tonight I BREAK away from everybody, BREAK away from everything. Dakota stood there for a moment trying to pull herself together. Everyone was staring at them. She felt so out of place now. She turned to see the creep still laying on the floor trying to catch his breath. She walked over to him and gave him a nice swift kick in the ribs. 'Asshole. Ever touch me again and it's you life.' Her voice came strong and fierce. The just layed there holding his side. Before she could even think about kicking him again she hear that accented voice. She turn to the bouncer guy. Still yet to know his name. He told her not to about him anymore and that she knew where he was if anyone else tried to bother her again. He had her sweetheart. That and his deep, thick accented voice made her want to melt right there.
She smiled to him. It was sweet, loving smile she gave him. 'Thanks. Really. That was really scary. You think me working with the wild horses at the BLM I could have handled that better. I honestly though I was about to died or get raped one.' Her voice was still a little shaky but it was slowly coming turning back sweet and charming. She whipped the wetness from her cheek from where she had been crying. Her make up was probably a mess as well as her hair. She sighed and thought to herself that this wasn't the night he had planned on having. She just kinda wanted to go some where quit and calm herself. Like maybe go to the BLM and sit with the horse. But as she looked back up to him she didn't want to leave. She wanted to stay with. He made her feel safe.
He told her his name and extended his hand out as a crooked grin formed on his lips. As smiled pulled at the corner of her lips as she nearly tackled him as she hugged him. After a moment she pulled again. Her cheeks turned red as she blushed. As smile still on her lips. 'Dakota Harvell.' She looked around as everyone still looked at them. She become uneasy again. She really wanted to leave. She looked back up to him. Her face showing signs of worry and fear. 'Can we go somewhere quit. I really don't wanna be here now, but I'm scared to leave alone.' Her voice was a little more than a whisper as she thought about walking out of here alone.
She didn't want to be attacked again. She had been lucky enough this time to have someone there to save her. Next time she might not be so lucky. A guy could come along and do god knows what to her. She start to shake slightly again as bad images flashed thought her mind. She looked to him and waited for him to say something.

But it wasn't a sin, a sorry life in judging every action And as they're feeding your mind with this shit you forget How to speak how to ask all the questions He felt bad for the poor girl. She seemed really upset about it. He figured he would be too. Watching her kick the guy in the ribs, he couldn't help but grin. She had some bite. "Well, sometimes big ole' guys can be a lil' more intimidating than horses when your not use to foolin' with them," He said slowly, winking with a smile. She seemed really sweet, he had a thing for sweet girls. The ones who were all sugar on the outside but had some spice too.
He nodded at her request to go somewhere else. He instantly started thinking, but didn't know where they could go. "Sure thing," He said, nodding quickly "where do ya wanna go? I'll drive ya." He had his truck here, which he loved. It was a 2007 black f250 with a 3 inch lift. It was chromed out, and pretty much a chick magnet. It also had a Dixie horn on it, which made it even more appealing. It scared the shit out of people too when they weren't expecting it. He put an arm around her shoulder gently. He didn't get too close, he didn't want her to feel trapped again. He wouldn't do anything like that, though.
He needed another drink, but he figured wherever they went he'd get some beer. Then he had a good idea. A smile came across his lips as he looked over at her "how about I surprise ya?" he asked, a questioning look on his face. He knew just the place to take her, and he thought she'd probably like it. Somewhere that was just quiet, where she could think and talk about what she wanted. The club was no place for that, of course.

tonight I start the fire. tonight I BREAK away from everybody, BREAK away from everything. Dakota listened to him speak. That voice of his humming in her ears making butterflies flutter into her stomach. She smiled to him as he asked her where she wanted to go and that he would take her. She was excited now. Her mind raced. Where did she want to go? She didn't know at the moment. Her golden brown eyes traced over his body. She was so good looking and built. He had this country look to him. She just loved it, and that voice. Oh, it made her want to kiss him. As he place his arm over her shoulder a tingling rush raced through her body. She wrapped her arms around him and pulled herself closer to him. She caught his smell and she grin. He smelled good...no amazing.
She looked at her saying he was gonna surprise her. She grinned. 'Ok. Surprise me then cowboy. I love surprises.' Her voice was sweet yet sexy and challenging. She ran the ball of her tongue ring across her lips again. She danced away from him as another one of her favorite songs came on. She wanted to leave but one dance before they left wouldn't hurt anything. The song was Ignorance by Paramore. She started to sing along. She turned to him and smiled. She walked up to him and made her walked around him. She kept singing along with the song. She had an amazing voice too. She matched the chicks voice that sung. She stopped as she stood in front of him again. She had vile grin on her lips as she stepped close to him.
She was suddenly in the mood for some fun. She started to sing with the song again. 'If I’m a bad person, you don’t like me. I guess I’ll make my own way it’s a circle, a mean cycle. I can’t excite you anymore. Where’s your gavel? Your jury? What’s my offense this time? You’re not a judge but if you’re gonna judge me well sentence me to another life.' Her voice strong show her true singing voice. She stepped back. She rocked her hips a bit ; really getting into the song. Soon the song stopped. She smiled to him. 'So you ready to go?'
[Notes]Sorry it's short again. It's like 3:15 so yea. xD Like it though. So excited about this thread. -dances in excitement. [Tag]Damien/Maddie [Word count]378 [Outfit] Her shirt, Her pants, Her shoes Her Bracelet Her Necklace

But it wasn't a sin, a sorry life in judging every action And as they're feeding your mind with this shit you forget How to speak how to ask all the questions He really liked this girl. She was cute. He couldn't help but keep a grin on his lips while he was around her. As she told him to surprise her, he nodded "figured you would," he teased, winking again. He watched as she started to dance. Now she passed from cute to sexy. He smiled as he watched her every move. She was close to him, and he had to admit that he liked it. She was singing too, which was a big turn on.
When she asked if he was ready, he nodded quickly "I was born ready, sweetheart.." he said playfully. He chuckled under his breath, shaking his head as he turned around "follow me," he breathed. His truck was in the back, where the employee parking was. He headed twords the exit in the back, waving at a few people as he departed. There weren't many vehicles out back, and his truck stuck out like a sore thumb. It was sitting on big tires, the black paint was dusty and it had some mud on the bottom of it. He pulled his keys from his pocket, unlocking it with the remote. "Here ya go.." He said, opening the passenger side door. "Make yourself at home, it's pretty dirty inside.." He said and laughed to himself.
He walked to the other side, jumping in the drivers side. He loved his truck, the inside smelled like plain dog and horse. Of course, his Blue Heeler dog in the back was there. He stayed in the truck usually. He was really well behaved. The back window was always open in case he needed to get out. His loyalty always brought him back. "Hey Duke," Damien said with a grin, reaching back and petting the wagging dog.

tonight I start the fire. tonight I BREAK away from everybody, BREAK away from everything. Dakota followed him as they headed for the back exit. Her heart raced. She was suddenly excited and ready for whatever fun this boy could bring her. She couldn't stop a smile from pulling at the corner of her lips. As they walked to the back the door a song came on and it made her smile even bigger. It was a song by Avril Lavigne called Innocence. She was humming it as they walked out into the back. She looked around the figure which truck was his. It had to be that back truck that just didn't seem to fit in. Just like him. Not that she seen it as a bad thing. She smiled to him as he opened the passenger door and told her to make herself at home. He also told her it was pretty dirty. As she got up into the truck she laughed a little. It was but she didn't mind. She leaned over and pulled the door shut.
As she sat there she could smell the odor of horse and dog. She didn't turn her nose up at it like some girl do. Oh no she loved the smell. She turned and looked to Damien as he got into the truck. She smile to him. He reached back to pet his dog and told him hey. She hadn't even seen the dog. She turned in the seat; moving to were she was on her knees. She leaned over the seat to looked at the blue heeler he had called duke. She almost seemed like a kid in a candy shop. She loved dogs and horses. When she was younger they had been her only friends. She looked back at Damien. 'Awe. I love dogs. He reminds me of my old mutt hunting dog I had.' Her voice came excited and sweet. Her face was beaming. She turned back to Duke. She petted and loved on the dog for a moment. It made her want another dog again. After a few moments she turned back around and sat in the seat.
She looked Damien as she found herself setting alot closer to him than she remembering being. She felt her face turn a little red but she never took her eyes off of him. Finally she spoke. 'So cowboy where are you taking me?' Her voice was slightly different this time. It had it's sweet ring to it, but now was laced with a wanting. Her golden brown eyes traced over him as she felt this fire grow inside her. Her heart raced again. He had this vice in her head saying to kiss him. And without thinking she did. She leaned forward. She place her hand on his neck as her lips met his. For a second she was lost in the moment, but as soon as she realized what she was doing she pulled away. Her face turned a bright shade of red and she looked away. She wanted to slap herself now. She hide behind her flame colored hair as she was lost for words.
[Notes]Hope you don't mind her making a move on him. I figure it would make things a bit exciting. (: [Tag]Damien/Maddie [Word count]513 [Outfit] Her shirt, Her pants, Her shoes Her Bracelet Her Necklace
