Riley's goal is to finish her college year and start training for higher level show jumping. She wants to eventually be an olympic rider, and win the gold medal. Riley hopes of then becoming a professional horse trainer, and continue her show jumping career.

Riding History: (1 paragraph minimum!)

Riley started riding when she was 8 years old. She rode at a begginer hunter jumping stable. She rode many horses, but her favorite was Pebbles, a dappled thoroughbred gelding. When her parents had to move to get a better job she was devastated. She didn't want to leave the stable she rode at. Soon after Riley arrived at her new home she started riding at an advanced hunter jumper center. She jumped 3' - 4' jumps at the stable. When she turned 18 she moved out and started at Aspire Equestrian Acadamy.

Riley walked into the private tack room. She searched the saddle racks, but couldn't seem to find her saddle. Hmmm, I wonder where I put it.Then she remembered she put it in her tack box. When she lifted the top of the tack box, it was inside with her bridle, martingale, and bell boots. Riley grabbed her tack and walked to her horses stall. Bluebird was a beautiful 16.1hh light dapple gray mare. Riley put her tack down and unlatched Bluebird's stall door. She slipped her halter over her head, and clipped the lead rope to her halter. She put her on the cross ties. Riley stroked Bluebird's silky neck. "Hey girl." she whispered to Bluebird.

Riley grabbed her grooming kit and brought it over to Bluebird. She grabbed the curry comb and started to rub her coat in circular potions. After she curried her body, she grabbed the hard brush and flicked all of the dirt and dust off of her coat. When Riley finished with the hard brush, she rubbed the soft brush over Bluebird's pelt to give it it's gloss. Riley dropped the soft brush into her kit, and grabbed her saddle pad and numnah. She gently put the pads on Bluebird's back. Riley grabbed the jumping saddle and put it onto her back. She pulled the pads up a bit then tightened the girth. After she finished with the saddle, Riley grabbed the bridle. She unclipped her from the cross ties and put the reins over her head. Riley took her halter off and collected the bridle with her right hand. With her left hand, she slid the bit into Bluebird's mouth. Then she quickly put her ear through the holes and fastned the straps. Riley grabbed her bell boots and strapped them onto Bluebird's front legs. She lifted the reins over her head and walked to the arena.
