Amanda is a sweet hearted, fun loving spunky girl. However she is rather sad that she isn't able to ride thanks to her legs not working. She wasn't always in a wheelchair though for five years she was a barrel racer and quiet good at it too. That all changed during a race last year when her horse Forgiven Motion aka Alice throw her and then stepped on her back breaking it. Doctors have told her that she will never walk again, but her stubborn side has came out since then and she has set a goal for herself. Her goal is to be able to ride again by the end of the year.
She loves horses and came to the Academy last year, but stopped coming half way through the year after that fateful race that put her in the hospital for nearly three months.
Being a social butterfly she can't live without her friends. She is a place for them to lean on when they need a shoulder, but she also needs friends that will help her get though the times when she get really depressed. Ones someone is a friend with Amanda they have a friend for life, unless they do something really mean like her last boy friend did.- GENTRY TAYLOR

Even though her last boy friend broke her heart in a time when she needed him most she hasn't given up on love and is looking for a boy that understands that he isn't the victim in what happened to her during her last race. She is looking for a guy that won't go "We are over. You have really hurt me and I can't be seen with someone who can't even walk let a lone ride anymore." So really don't be a complete jerk or even a little bit of a jerk and you might have a chance.- Open through an idea at me.
It is possible for her to have some, but probably not many. She isn't the type of girl to rub off the wrong way on too many people.

I could see these two being friends.. since both of them are outcasted for not being able to ride, they would stick with eachother. and Maybe try to help each other out with starting to ride again?
